Returns & Refunds

The refund process will assess only if the request made within one week of order delivery. The return will process only if:

  • The product not damaged while in your possession
  • The product not changed from what was send to you
  • The product returned in the actual condition in which it was sent to you

Upon receiving any damaged items, please inform our Customer Service Team within one week of the product delivery.

To apply for a refund, mail us on support@kavungal.com within seven days with your order details, including your order number, and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund. So that, we can collect the customer feedback very seriously, and use it to improve our quality of services and products.

Therefund process begins after the analysis and validation of our customer support team. Once the refund is processed, we will inform you through the EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details. To conclude your return, we require the receipt of the purchase.

NOTE: For the refund process, the name of the customer must be the same as in the Kavungal agro tech registration and in the bank account. The Customer must send a photo of either acancelled cheque leaf or bankpassbook for refund along with a copy of Adhaar Card or PAN card. For query mail us at support@kavungal.com

The seed germination depends on the soil, atmosphere, fertilizers, and watering. Kavungal agro tech does not entertain any claims regarding the germination of seeds and no refund will be made in this regard.

Any refund will be made on the basis of completion of an investigation by our special team. Kavungal agro tech reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions at any time with or without any prior notice.
